Stone Dawson is a Research Specialist at Vanderbilt University working on the Preschool through Elementary School Coherence (COHERE) project with DREME as well as an evaluation of the quality and alignment of PreK through 2nd Grade in Tennessee. He is interested in improving long-term educational outcomes by better aligning the early years of formal schooling with what we know about children’s development. Stone earned an M. Ed. in Language and Literacy from Harvard and a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Vanderbilt.
