Verónica Mesalles is a full-time research assistant in Dr. Gigliana Melzi’s Math in Everyday Activities of Latino Families (MEAL) Project at New York University (NYU). Within the MEAL team Verónica is interested in Latine spatial language. She completed a senior thesis on linguistic analysis of Spanish spatial language and, more broadly, its relation to children’s mathematical development. Verónica holds a BS in Applied Psychology from NYU.
